Huntington Avenue is known as the Avenue of the Arts. It is home to some of Boston's most significant artistic venues such as Symphony Hall, The New England Conservatory, The Huntington Theatre Company, and The Museum of Fine Arts, educational institutions such as Northeastern University and the Massachusetts College of Art, world class medical centers such as Beth Israel Deaconess, Mass Eye & Ear, New England Baptist, and Brigham and Women's. It's southwestern end crosses The Emerald Necklace while an array of restaurants, pubs, and hotels can be found as one travels it's northwesterly length.
